Amen! There’s a big temptation for me to ask people to review my books, just so that I can say I got a lot of reviews. But really, you’re totally right. I would love reviews that just…counted. Reviews that came from the heart.

Well yeah, if your family and friends DIDN’T review it, that would be upsetting. But I agree with you, it’s special when a stranger leaves a review!
